Winnie Baldwin is the owner of Ultra-Fresh Carpet Care. Winnie is a lifelong resident of Jackson who, after spending 15 years working for a carpet-cleaning franchise, opened Ultra-Fresh in 2011 in an effort to provide the community with a knowledgeable and trustworthy carpet-cleaning service. Winnie specializes in cleaning carpets for residential and commercial locations, as well as flood and water restoration. She is extremely active in the community, consistently volunteering for a number of organizations and singing in her church choir. Winnie loves to spend her free time reading on the front porch and going to the casinos in Tunica.
